“Mello left to go eat a few minutes ago, he was here with me before then, saying something about hide and seek. He’s a little off as well.”
“….” L stares at Matt for a few seconds, unblinking. Had he heard that right? There was information he isn’t aware of? That discomfited L, but he couldn’t afford to spend time worrying rather than working. He would have to do more research, as Matt said.
